50tph chrome & chromite ore processing plant in Philippines. The mine is lump ore, first the raw ore into the jaw crusher, then to the ball mill to grind the ore into fine powder, and then into the spiral classifier for classification, fine ore into the spiral chute for separation, coarse ore back to the ball mill for re-grinding. The plant adopts 5LL-1200 spiral chutes for chromite separation, qualified 43% grade chromite products are obtained directly through the spiral chutes. Chromite concetrate is dewatered in the sedimentation tank and sent to the stock dump by the loader.
