(1) Washing operations
The cemented ore sand is separated by water immersion, washing and mechanical agitation, and the gravel, sand and clay are separated, and the clay and gold particles adhered on the gravel are cleaned. The ore washing operation includes three processes: crushing, screening and desliming.
(2) Roughing separation
According to the process flow and the main equipment, it can be divided into fixed sluice-shaking table process, fixed or belt movable sluice-jig machine-shaking table process, multi-stage jig machine-shaking table process, centrifugal concentrator-shaking table process.
(3) Cleaning separation
The gold bearing concentrate obtained in the roughing separation has a gold grade of about 100g/t, and heavy minerals are mostly 1-2kg/t. At present, the following methods are mainly used in the treatment of gold-bearing coarse concentrate: the heavy sand is discarded after gold grains are washed out manually by panning pan; Mercury was mixed in a mercury mixing cylinder, and the heavy sand was discarded after the mercury paste was obtained. After manually panning or extracting gold with amalgamation of mercury, the heavy sand is sent to the concentration plant for treatment, and various heavy sand minerals are recovered by magnetoelectric separation and other methods.
