Mobile trommel wash plant working principle
After the raw material is fed into the trommel screen, it will be lifted and dropped by the rotating cylinder, and this motion will run along the cylinder repeatedly. At the same time, the high-pressure water from the water pipe, which is provided by the water pump to continuously wash the material, and the fine particles go through the screen hole and discharge from the discharge trough, and then flow into the gold chute or other mineral processing equipment for separation. The coarse particles move forward until they are expelled from the tail of the trommel. After finishing the work in one place, the equipment can be moved to the next place quickly and conveniently.

The mobile trommel screen can be divided into heavy duty and light duty.
Heavy duty: the trommel has a double-layer structure, inner layer with dense steel rod structure, which can prevent large material to impact the screen directly, greatly improved the service life and screening efficiency for the outer screen.
Light duty: the trommel has a single layer screen, it is used in the material that no large material included, its advantage is light, which can reduce the weight of the whole equipment, save energy consumption, save investment.
